I do NOT recommend this company Initially when I got a new water softener installed the service was great. Three to four years later when I had a concern I wanted to discuss with the company due to high sodium levels in my water, I can’t get a return phone call or email and can’t get into their office to talk with anyone. I’ve been trying on and off for a year - very disappointed in what I thought was a reputable, well established company. I spent thousands of dollars on their top of the line water softener and now I’m about to trash it and call another company. Very disappointed. Would no longer recommend this company
