Hector was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and went over the breakdown of the charges and different options I had in regards to what absolutely needed to be done and what could wait. He was professional and friendly. I was thrilled they could come out the next day when I left a message after hours. I felt that he was honest and so appreciative that I have AC again!!!
Rory was amazing, and went above and beyond in 4 different projects. Very pleased with the experience especially when customer service is severely lacking in so many other companies! Not with Vance and Rory, very professional and communicative!
