Urgent Care in Yakima

“The service from your nurse and doctors was excellent. They helped me and every which way I need it. They were very kind. They responded to me in a timely matter. The only problem I had is your front desk receptionist not the one that helped me. She was the one sitting right next to my as you walked in. She was very nice. It was the other receptionist that is very rude And very judgment. She’s judgmental with her eyes and how she looks at you again that is very rude and very unprofessional of her I didn’t get her name. She was on the right side. If you’re looking at your receptionist, she’s the one on the right hand side. She does not make you feel comfortable. She’ll just look at you and to me how she looked. She just is just unpleasant uninviting and to be honest that is something you guys do not need at your front desk when the people when she’s making you feel uncomfortable, but other than her service everything else was beyond Again just for her rudeness and unpleasant attitude. Everything else was excellent.“
