The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were even able to fit me in for a last-minute contact fitting, so that I wouldn't have to schedule another appointment.
I was treated with respect and dignity. Even though I was early for my appointment they took me back for my appointment. I enjoyed how they were professional and on top of everything. The clinic was clean and I noticed that the staff cleaned the glasses on display so that was a plus. Summit Family Eye Care let me wait in the waiting area for my ride without questions. I definitely will go back and I would recommend this clinic to my friends and people I run into.
My experience here was the best I have had. I am so very glad they were my first pick when my clinic closed down, because from the minute I walked in they were helpful and kind throughout the whole process. It was a welcoming place and a very pleasant experience. The doctor listened to all my concerns with intent and made sure to follow up and check into each one. I am now a lifelong patient and I will be bringing my daughter as well. I highly recommend them it was a 10/10 experience. Also they have a nice selection of frames as well even for those on state insurance.
