The guys who came out to help me remove a leaking kitchen faucet that was so rusted on that i could not get it to move were very professional and helpful. Not only did they help solve that problem but they also helped install the new faucet. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
The customer service for emergency service on a Sunday was fast and professional. I would have had to close my office on Monday had it not been for the after hour service that Roto Rooter offered to unclogged my commercial buildings sewer drain.
Just had my hot water heater drained and expansion tank replaced. The Technician Sal did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a few helpful tips to keep my water pressure running at the correct psi. Sal took his time and didn’t rush through the job like the last company I had here. They got water everywhere and left me to clean it up. So this time I went with Roto Rooter. I will definitely be calling them back next time for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Sal for your professional plumbing expertise and friendly attitude.
