I highly recommend Picatti Bros. Our pump quit right at the beginning of this heat wave! I text Doug Picatti over the holiday weekend. He had a technician out here first thing Monday morning. Pump was running within 15 minutes! Pasture saved!! Thank you Doug Picatti and Doug, the technician!
Appreciate the knowledge this company provides. I was able to fix my issue and actually better the situation I was in by just calling. The office was able to provide me advice and how to resolve my problem.
Couldn't be more happy with this company. Great customer service ! Technician walked me through everything it would take to fix my well problem. Owner even followed up afterwards to check on me. Not sure that has ever happened. Highly recommend.
