Horrible wait times. Waited over an hour in the waiting room and still had to wait in the exam room. Ridiculous.

Used to be great. Now they are disorganized, horrid customer care (like scheduling MRI in a timely manner or having enough receptionist for check in) and they are snotty and rude. Long long long time patients (knee scopes, ACL, femoral osteotomy, shoulder scope, cervical fusion). Some great MD and PA and some really horrific Medical Assistants and front receptionist. Lost this family of clients today.

Should be a half-star at best. Long wait for surgery. Understaffed, not responsive to patient pain management. A broken finger should not take 3 weeks to fix and two days of pain pills following surgery. Two weeks later still in pain. Who cares. Perhaps some more staff would answer the phone, Maybe pretend they care. Next appointment is two weeks out Follow -up call after surgery. What's that? The whole medical system is broken in the USA. Corporations and Medicine don't mix. Is it time for kaiser or Blue or 1,000s more for a colonoscopy.
