We had to have our roof replaced in November 2019. This company is a class act. Fair bid. Daily cleanup at day's end. Ensured ground tarped so no stray nails. Worked hard and honest. My husband is a retired carpenter; he is completely satiisfied with the work Angel and his men did for us.

After the blizzard of 2019 we had roof damage. I was lucky enough to get a call back from Angel from Newcastle Systems LLC. He and his crew are very personable, professional and have great communication. We could not be happier with the service and work we received and look forward to work with them again. I am slow getting this review in because i had surgery. I want to Totally and without question recommend New Castle sys, Angel and his crew were very professional in the pre job contact making sure My wife and I were satisfied with the Color and type of shingle used. He worked along with Vance heating when we found out a vent for the furnace needed replaced on the roof. He showed up at the pre arranged time on Monday 7am with crew, they stripped the shake roof. Cleaned up every nite after work. Tuesday morning they finished up stripping the old roof and arranged and met with the city inspector and was cleared to finish job.
