The shopping center that our business is located in, uses Elegant Landscaping for snow removal. When we had the last big snowfall, they had plowed snow into a huge pile right smack dab in our handicapped parking spot...completely blocking the entire spot and the surrounding area and has now been frozen over. We were disheartened, to say the least. We saw they came back this morning to plow today's snowfall so I ran out there and asked the driver if he could remove the snow that they'd piled there last time. I was unsure if my message was received but lo and behold! Not only did he chip away at it and get it done, two additional Elegant Landscaping trucks came and helped get it done. Thank you for this! We appreciate it and so do our elderly clients that use that parking spot!
