Called to find out a price and time frame for an alternator swap. Clair at the reception desk was SO sweet, informative, friendly, and got me all the answers I needed. Clair was fantastic about communicating to me where the mechanic, Gerardo, was in my repairs. She assured me, as a fellow mechanically illiterate, that these guys were honest, quick, and reliable. Which is key when you're a female and lack knowlege in this arena. True to her word, I had the keys back in hand and a great running vehicle. I will definitely be bringing them repeat business and reference them to anyone asking for a quality mechanic shop.

G & F Automotive, they are by far the best mechanic I have went to, I trust them with my vehicle, Clair at the front desk Is so sweet, she is very respectful. U trust them all there with my life and my car. They are very professional, aswell as being your friend, they helped me make the right decision for my car. They were very patient with me. Being a high-school student working a job, and taking care of other responsibilities, they were respectful the whole time. Not once did they rush me to make the decision they wanted me to. They are definitely the best mechanic shop in yakima. Not only for there work but for how they are with there customers
