I went for my very first massage with Lila and she made me feel so good. I have been struggling with lower back and shoulder pain for a long time. She was able to meet and exceed my needs for deep tissue massage. What I liked most was that she listened to me. I appreciate that in a provider.

If there was ever a tense back, it would be mine! Lila is amazing at removing tension and really getting in there to the root of the issues. I’m so glad that we starting the process of getting my muscles back on track!
