I went for my very first massage with Lila and she made me feel so good. I have been struggling with lower back and shoulder pain for a long time. She was able to meet and exceed my needs for deep tissue massage. What I liked most was that she listened to me. I appreciate that in a provider.

I absolutely love going to see Lila whenever I'm in town! It's always such a treat to relax in a place I feel comfortable. Enso's studio has a great vibe and everyone I've interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Lila is always conscientious of the pressure shes applying and making sure you feel comfortable and has no trouble really working on knots or tense areas. I've already recommended Lila to friends and family and they love her! 100 % would recommend.
