“We've been working with Artistic Renovations for almost two years now with an extensive phased, home remodel. Bryan and his subs have done a great job when change orders came about and been accommodating to me and our family as we have been living in our home throughout the whole process.When a tile was broken during the demo process that wasn't supposed to be, he covered the cost to create a beautiful transition. He's responded to issues when they've come up and handled things accordingly.I am a bit of a control freak and have been heavily involved in the entire process. That may or may not be normal for every customer. Some would rather have a more "hands off" relationship. Sometimes this caused frustrations when I was being asked questions I didn't know the answer to, or to make a decision I felt unqualified to make.
