Physical therapy, water therapy along with gym therapy. I doing water therapy. I appreciate the nice warm pool to work out in. I enjoy my trainers at Cascade! I mainly work with Bruce Whiteside who is great

My wife has been coming here for the last 7 months. She could barely walk when she first got here and is doing so much better now. The therapy pool is a game changer. The staff is caring and effective. Great facility.

After my neck surgery which didn’t work, my right hand has nerve damage with my middle, ring and pinky finger curled under to my palm, like a stroke hand. I was initially referred to another hand clinic where nothing changed. I was so disappointed I just stopped going. I was then referred to Cascade. Nola and Christina were spectacular. In just a few short weeks my middle and ring fingers have straightened up. I still have a way to go but I cannot say enough to describe how great these people are. Knowledgeable, kind, understanding and helpful. I could not have accomplished what I did without them. Nothing but gratitude to have made the progress I have.
