I had the opportunity to be on a job site with the water mitigation team from Baxter Construction and they were respectful and professional throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they made sure everything ran smoothly. It was a pleasure working with such a reliable team.
During the cold snap in January 2024 a pipe broke flooding my kitchen and bathrooms. I called Baxter Sunday morning and they responded quickly with air scrubbers to dry out the house. Over the next several weeks they broke through walls and pulled up flooring, assessing the damage, checking for mold. When they were able to start the repairs they were attentive to every detail and to my needs. They made it possible for me to stay in my house as much as possible during the repairs.
