A few things to know if you have them as a builder. 1 The price they quote is a base model house. Nothing upgraded, so have extra cash on hand to pay for upgrades. 2. When you want to upgrade something you will hear the word... its going to cost ya, and after about the 3rd time it got annoying. However those are small compared to the reason I gave them 3 stars. There company motto, sometimes its gotta be good enough. Really sometimes its gotta be good enough! Thats there excuse for not have quality contractors. Did they finish our home ... yes 3 months late. Does it look good yes until you start looking at the details. Would I have them build for me again... not with that attitude. And they never came back after a year to do the final punch list for the year warranty, however I did not call and honestly don't want them in my house or to see them again.

EVERYTHING!!! Awesome builders to work with- great work ethics and great designs. Love the “non-cookie cutter approach!” These guys built my mother a gorgeous home that was then displayed on Tour of Homes! Love this family. ♥️
