Crystal is the best mind-body healer I’ve ever met. She’s well-versed in healing the body with physical therapy as well as neuroscience based principles that are absolutely life-changing! I work at a desk all day and she showed me how to get my shoulders back into a healthy position. She also loosened up my shoulder muscles to help them go back into place. She is very knowledgeable and knows the names of all of the muscle groups in the body. She knows how to heal chronic pain and sciatica by rehydrating the ligaments using gentle massage.
