Jeff at Advanced Caroet Cleaning came in clutch and saved us from a major toilet incident in our apartment complex that involved 3” of water and 2 additional units! My experience with Jeff was amazing! He came same day I called and had the job done within a hour, when I followed up with him he then went above and beyond and brought specialty chemical to treat my carpet free of charge. Jeff went above and beyond and was really informative on everything we needed too know. He was also right on time and even waited while I put my dogs away. If you need your carpets clean I highly recommend Jeff he is very helpful and courteous!

I have used Jeff for several years. I'm very satisfied with his performance. Recently he cleaned my carpets again. He did a wonderful job. Then, not 4 days later my new puppy ate a pen. Yup, stained my freshly cleaned carpet. He came the next day and showed up with some kind of liquid and cleaned my stain so that it was barely noticeable. I was beyond thrilled. THANKS Jeff.
