WARNING!!!Read other reviews and check the BBB.If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. 1 is the lowest and Reality Homes is well below 1 star. They are dishonest, slopy and poor communicators. They flat out lied on several occasions and tried to charge way more than even their own contract allowed for a change order. After I pointed it out to them, they fought me and still tried to WAY overcharge for raising a header in the garage. *Note* after much back and forth and fighting with them they did finally credit back some of the money. I was hired on as a Home Design Consultant, of which I am more than qualified for. Went on a 2 day business trip during COVID and due to flight delays was unable to get back in time. This was during the Christmas holiday and was visiting a friend in New Orleans. When I explained the situation to the boss that hired me, I was told that due to my absence and not being there, he had no other choice but to let me go. My character with my previous employers speaks for itself. I recently shopped around and had an extensive conversation with a gentleman named Colin. He was polite, professional and down to earth. I'm a beginner and had lots of questions. Despite my ignorance in this process, he made me feel like my time mattered and that made a world of difference. Great service!
