Definitely try kickboxing! It is fun, challenging, and the teachers are awesome! The class size is small (2-6) people so you can always have one to one time with teachers. It feels like Im taking a private class but only paying group class price! Definitely give a try!
My son has been going to West Family Martial Arts for couple years now. Our experience has been wonderful. Master West is phenomenal with kids, and he knows what he is doing. He is very disciplined and teaches kids that as well. This program is not just about learning martials arts but also many Behavorial aspects. My son absolutely loves his classes.
