We had a fantastic experience with Sherpa. They were our fifth and final bid and we are beyond pleased with our new roof and gutters. The amount we were charged was more than fair for the work and time taken. (About five days)
Robert was our direct point of contact and let us know what was happening throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had in person (He came and personally checked on the job daily) and was available by text or even by phone.
A few other things about Robert and Sherpa that really stood out were they stood by the promises they made: A very clean worksite and immaculate care of our property.
Amazing job start to finish! Mike is very knowledgeable, personable, and stayed on top of our project start to finish. We knew exactly what to expect from the beginning of our project. I contacted Sherpa Roofing after our roof started leaking. Robert responded and came out quickly, then provided an honest assessment of the repair with a fair price. We ultimately decided to replace the roof as it was going to need that soon. The crew from Sherpa were fast and did a great job. Very courteous about cleanup and we couldn't be happier with the new roof. Thanks!
