“Water from my Sump Pump line was eroding my front yard and causing water to pool in the font yard and in my neighbors yard and driveway. Called Drain Doctors and Jordan came out and assessed my problem and gave me an estimate that was so much better than the other estimate I received. Then Larry came out and looked at everything and said they would start in a couple of weeks. They extended the pump dischard line into the street from under the sidewalk, so the water would just go out from the curb and down to the storm drain. They had to tear up some of the sidewalk to lay the pipe down and poured new concrete patch and did a great job. They hauled away all the debris and I am just so happy with the work they did, and would definitely recommend The Drain Doctors. Thank you Jordan, Larry and Bob.“

“Dirt Cheap Sewer, Angel, and Carmin saved the day! What utterly remarkable professionalism, transparency, honesty, hard work, patience, perseverance, and most of all caring. They really truly care. I will spare you most of the details, but Monday evening we knew we had a big problem. On Tuesday morning Roto Rooter told us we had a completely collapsed sewer line (of course that means no flushing, no running water) and that the repair would cost $14,000. Also, we would need to have a tree removed before the work could be done. We live in a city that can require a tree removal permit, which we began working on. In the meantime, we started asking around for recommendations of other companies. Thank goodness someone had posted on Nextdoor about Dirt Cheap Sewer. Angel and Carmin jumped into gear and by late Tuesday afternoon Angel and his scope gave us a drastically different diagnosis: the sewer line had not collapsed, but tree roots had made their way into the sewer line in 2 places. Angel cleared the line enough so we could flush that evening, and by early Wednesday afternoon, for $750 (for both service calls), the sewer line was completely clean and ready for action. We are still shaking our heads, pretty sure an angel sent Angel, Carmin and Dirt Cheap Sewer! We will be forever grateful.“

“I called Simon at Clearwater Leak Detection after being robbed for $108 by Appollo Plumbing who did nothing but try sell service contracts and wanted $1200 for Leak Detection. Clearwater answered my call and asked lots of questions and told me the exact price (half of what Appollo wanted) over the phone. He was busy but fit me in 2 days later. Arrived on time and went to work. Explained everything to me. Within an hour, he located my two leaks. He was accurate and the main leak was right under where he flagged it. We were quoted a job by a big name sewer & drain company with a plan to open up the sidewalk, replace our old, misaligned concrete drain with PVC, and then shoot a liner out to the street.My brother-in law said we need to call The Pipe Dr, they had just done some great work for him. I told Tricia our issue, and she recommended the same procedures, for about 1/3 of the price. She showed me samples from her truck and made sure I understood the process & materials.
