She was very thorough with her evaluations and was careful to help me address all problems I wanted to resolve in my back, not just the isolated low back pain. I got help with some upper back stuff and also advice for properly doing exercises I enjoy like barbell squats. She is very knowledgeable and was able to explain what was going on with my body and what we were doing to try to fix the problem. She was also super friendly and it really felt like she cared about helping me get back to 100%. Finally, they even allow you to stay longer past your appointment if you want to in order to wrap up final rehab exercises.
I've tried a few different PT places in the area and this one was definitely the best for me!“

Shrutee's classes and her teaching have opened my mind to another depth of understanding and how my body can move most comfortably and efficiently. I have a couple chronic achy spots in my body and taking her classes has not only given me hope about understanding why this is, but it has also brought me relief already. I highly recommend working with Shrutee!“

Harrison and Darren are very talented and able to focus on addressing specific areas of treatment with a variety of approaches. Brystel was always great in handling scheduling and payments.
I was able to recover from a back injury within a few months and am very grateful. Highly recommend this team and location.“

“Day to day change is subtle to notice, however, years of consistent hard work won't lie to you. Feel so grateful that I kept my faith in workout and it rewards me back with fruitful life. Btw, it's so lucky that I found Christy from MTI physical therapy who helped me end the years of back pain, and replaced with the strongest core that I have ever had. Recommend Christy and MTI physical therapy to anyone who needs help!“
“I've been seen him on and off for over two years. He is really good at his job. He listens to you, makes sure he understood your problem, ask detailed questions to follow up, does a through examination, works with you to find best fit treatment plan. He is nothing but great. Also unlike other doctors, instead of forcing you to come back he tries to resolve the problem as fast as possible. He gives exercises and tells you, you don't need to go for a follow up unless you have any other problem or concerns. He describes what he is thinking or how things work(like muscles and etc.) thoroughly. Since I'm interested in learning all the details I requested him to describe everything with medical terms and he spent a lot of time during the treatment describing everything. I'd suggest him to everybody.“

1200 112th Avenue NE Ste C186, Bellevue“This gym is the best, I've been an LA fitness member (TWICE) and more recently an anytime fitness member. Renew has a smaller amount of people and space, but they use it BETTER than anyone else. They train and teach without limit and are there for the SUCCESS of their clients. It's the stronger together mindset 24/7!“

12911 120th Ave NE suite e60, Kirkland“Our daughter has a genetic disorder that affects her gross motor skills. When we started with her therapist, Becky at First Steps our daughter was 15 months old and was just starting to scoot and was unable to climb up a surface level change of even a few inches. Within weeks of our first appointment she began to slowly attempt climbing on different levels and over a few months gained enough strength to stand on her own. We eventually added in aquatic therapy sessions with Kristin, which were equally amazing. By 21 months old she took her first steps and is now running around chasing her older sister. We didn’t think she would be anywhere near walking by 2 and she hasn’t even had her second birthday yet l. We are in awe of her fast progress and are forever grateful for Becky and Kristen and the entire first steps team for the time they took with our daughter to get to know her and her needs and how they encouraged her and us along the way. First Steps is an unbelievably positive place to be and I can not recommend them enough.“
“Terrific Physical Therapy facility to help you with your physical therapy needs. Staff are very helpful, and the Therapists are really awesome. This is my second time using this facility, that should tell you something.“
