One star is generous. I’ve gotten eye exams here for the last several years without issue, however there is a new optometrist, younger female, now working here and this is where things have changed.About six months ago I had an eye exam and my prescription had changed, as happens. Not my first experience purchasing frames and lenses from Costco Optical I used this location to buy both eyeglasses and sunglasses, both with progressive lenses.Shortly after receiving both pairs I returned because I was not able read without holding the top of my frames up to my forehead. The optician remeasured and ordered new lenses after I double checked with my optometrist to make sure the prescription was correct.After receiving the updated lenses I returned as I still needed to hold up my glasses to my forehead to read accurately. Please DO NOT let Yoyo help you out! She doesn't have the knowledge of her job and she is a very rude employee! ( I know because of Covid and everywhere short of hands, but being a rudest person in retail and it's not acceptable!) I went to her and explained to her about my glasses frame are hurting my left side ear. She took over my glasses and adjusted it, when she gave them back to me, I told her that still hurting. She grabbed my glasses away and meanwhile Yoyo started yell at me " I don't like your attitude!" EXCUSE ME! The whole conversation me and her just spoke less 1 minute and basically I just talked to her about what's the problem, " ok", and " still hurts ". If this is my bad attitude, Yoyo you are working at a WRONG place!
