I had a frustrating start to my visit at Costco Optical in Woodinville. When my number was called, Lori was assigned to help me. I explained that I was looking for new frames and mentioned that I had purchased my last two pairs there. Unfortunately, she made me feel like I was wasting her time and quickly moved on to the next customer.
Thankfully, Dan stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He was welcoming, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. Within about 25 minutes, he helped me find a great pair of glass frames that suited my face shape perfectly. He took the time to explain options and made the process feel easy and comfortable.

I had my prescription filled at the Woodinville Costco, but the glasses didn’t feel quite right, so I went back to get some adjustments. Becky was incredibly helpful—she took the time to figure everything out and made sure the changes were exactly what I needed, all without any frustration. Big shout out to Becky for her patience and excellent customer service. Definitely a 5-star experience.

I have been coming to Woodinville Optical for years now. I always was treated awesome and never had any problems with anything! And since I do not carry optical health insurance, I so appreciate the affordability of this service. The optometrists here are exceptional and since we found a retinal floater recently, I had an urgent concern on a Saturday…… I called and they worked me in immediately. Dr Hirano and Dr Tan are both great people! I just wanted to give a thumbs up and say I appreciate having this exceptional eye care at my local Costco!
