Kaarlo is a total professional, came out, diagnosed my challenges with my well pump, clogged/broken water spigots after a tough winter, and provided timely solutions that were well thought out, and comprehensive. His astute and extensive knowledge of plumbing, and basically walking into a situation with a broken water well system that was poorly designed, and falling apart - he tore it all apart and created a very simple functional system. I called him and explained my issue. He scheduled an appointment for the next day wich was great . Not having water can make life difficult. He showed up fixed the problem and had very reasonable pricing. He called me before coming out and also when the work was finished so I didn’t miss work. The water was back on right away. Very professional and did follow up calls through the whole process. His rates were very fair andI spent less than what I had originally thought it would cost. Will definitely recommend him.
