They arrived quickly and determined that the pump likely needed to be replaced and they found one several states away that was selling with a significant price increase. We were pretty stressed. Long story short, they sacrificed a few hundred dollars in fees and that ended up saving us a few thousand dollars on the new e/one. We had also been looking to replace our water heater.
