I was stranded in hot farmland due to mechanical failure. After several hours of no luck with Roadside Assistance service that I had paid for, I took matters into my own hands. Second number I called was Rad. They had a truck to me in 45 minutes with a bottled water for me, since I had been in the hot sun without for many hours. Rad came through and I can’t recommend them enough. Top Notch!!Service: Car towing
I had called this business to schedule an immediate tow because another tow company hasn’t showed up on the scheduled time. So I called these guys and in an instant they were able to send a truck over. Just as I ended the phone call with them, the original guy who was to tow my vehicle shows up! Great! Now I have to cancel! I quickly called and let them know about the situation and I was expecting an angry reaction. Instead I got told it was alright and it isn’t a problem! I was thanked for informing them in a timely manner. The least I could do is give you guys 5 stars! Great company and great prices. Thanks RAD towing of west Richland. My young adult kid moved to Washington from Tx. It is his First time to have car trouble and be stranded. Luckily it was just a dead battery. I called and paid them from Tx and they had someone to him faster than any roadside assistance I’ve ever had! They jumped the car and got him going again! My son said the driver was very fast and friendly!Thanks Rad for easing my anxiety of being too far away to go to the rescue!!
