Holy moly! Rich has now treated my two fingers that lost feeling from a pinched nerve and my back that I threw out just from picking something up from the ground. Within days I went from extreme discomfort to fully functioning. Though this is not a spa massage experience…. It’s a keep your clothes on, talk through the treatment, endure sometimes painful pressure and take home stretches - and it really works! Highly recommend anyone struggling with pain to get a consult and be open to what Rich can do for you and your body.

If you're looking for help with an injury or have general muscular pain, stiffness, and joint pain, this is your massage therapist! It took three sessions but the decreased range of motion, weakness, and pain in my shoulders is 90% improved. Rich provides not only massage therapy but also education on self-care and provides strategies for you to help yourself. I highly recommend him.

I've tried a number of local massage therapists and Rich is definitely the best. He's very knowledgeable and the bottom line is that what he does really works. Plus, he's very personable and he listens and responds to your issues.
