Sarah has been my massage therapist for over 8 years. My job requires a lot of driving and Sarah’s treatments keep my neck & back from getting jacked up. A hysterectomy in October 2023 has caused some changes in the structure of my pelvic region & Sarah’s treatments have reduced the associated pain & tightness. She is awesome at what she does & I always feel amazing after a session.
I have Crohn's disease and I have done some abdominal massage therapy with Sarah. The experience was incredible and my immediate results have been amazing. It was a transformative experience for my body, my mind and my digestive health. Sarah is knowledgeable, experienced and intuitive in her approach and in action. As someone battling this chronic issue, I count myself very fortunate to have found Sarah and her skills with the abdominal massage therapy.
Sarah is patient and kind, and she has a really strong instinct for figuring out what's painful and how to treat that pain. She also helps me (someone with anxiety) relax. Can't recommend her strongly enough.
