Janice helped my son, a first time homebuyer, with his home loan, and has been so great working with me on my next home. She is patient, kind and detail oriented, also ready to answer all my questions. Her knowledge of credit, the market, all things having to do with the loan is top notch. I highly recommend Janice if you are looking to buy a home, either as a first time purchase or when you are looking at a new home!

Janice Brown gets a 10 for my review! She goes way beyond the average lender, she will spend the time to explain what the loan process is. she will also coach you on how to raise your credit score. Answer any questions you ask. She is a rockstar at what she does! I highly recommend Her to you!
