“It was so nice to work with the folks at Central WA heating and air. When they weren't able to inspect my furnace due to its location when they were out for my a/c maintenance, they offered to come back to complete the maintenance/ inspection on my furnace. It's partially my mistake that they weren't able to access the furnace when they first came out as I didn't know to mention its location was in the attic and not outside with the a/c.“
