Home Inspection - WenatcheeTanner was a delight to work with. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was responsive to our questions and gave honest and direct answers. Tanner spoke to us at length about his findings, then within 24 hours he provided a detailed and easy to understand report via email. He highlighted the most important items to ensure we didn’t miss anything. We will hire Tanner for all future inspections and will recommend him to family or friends in need of a home inspector. His rate was very reasonable.

Tanner is an excellent home inspector! I was living in the Seattle area and buying a home in Wenatchee and Tanner made sure to accommodate my busy schedule and long drive easily and quickly!! Being a first time home buyer, he was patient and thorough in explaining my new home to me and what to monitor and maintain. There was snow on the roof when he did the inspection so he couldn't get on the roof, but he generously offered to come back at a later time and look it over for me still. I took him up on that offer after the house had closed and he gladly came back to look at the roof for me. Tanner is honest and trustworthy, I can't thank him enough!!
