(Didn't cut my hair for years) asked all the right questions, made sure to understand exactly what I wanted and am okay with before starting. Skillful and knowledgeable. Told me what to not let other stylists use on my hair type. 3 hour appointment felt like it went by in 30 minutes. Will come back again. Very respectful and thoughtful.
