I have had great experiences at this vet clinic. I have taken my dog to many vet clinics over the years as I have moved around the country quite a bit and I can say without question that River Valley has been one of my favorites. The lobby is always very clean and the staff are friendly. Dr. Harmeling specifically has been really great with my 11 year old dog. I wan thank Jade O'Brien specially for saving our kittens life. The Animal Hospital was the only place that took our kitten in when every other place in town refused medical help. Staff was very friendly and professional. My children are very grateful that we still have nice veterinarians in our Valley that really care for our fur babies. Thank you Animal Hospital of Wenatchee!
Vets and staff are all very caring. We've been going there for about 9 years. Our senior dog was having some issues, and I was able to communicate through email about the drugs she was on. We had to put her down recently. The tech stayed with me for a while as we waited for one of the vets to finish a procedure. When it was time, Gladys was sedated. Only when she was out did they administer the final med. she died peacefully with me scratching her ear. I received a sympathy card from the office with heartfelt messages by her regular vet and the attending one. Very much appreciated!
