Working with AAA Steam Clean for having my carpets shampooed was fantastic. Drew answered all my initial questions thoroughly. He was professional and courteous as well. He arrived on time for the appointment we set. He listened to my concerns (traffic stained areas, pet stains) and went the extra mile to address them. The carpet looks fantastic and his prices were great. I highly recommend AAA Steam Clean. I will definitely use them again.
