Technician Anthony Sumerlin came out and did a great job servicing our mini split unit! He was so kind and efficient, great at communicating, and he even graciously accepted the soda I offered him! 10/10
We have worked with Young's for years and it has always been a top-notch experience. Great people, super-knowledgeable, fair prices. This review is in response to a recent experience with the Office Manager Ben. We had Wayne out to do some routine maintenance on our HVAC system, and while he was here I mentioned I had a gas pool heater that had failed and had been leaking. The heater was a couple of years old and two months out of the initial warranty. Wayne diagnosed the issue, then told me they would check to see if there was an extended warranty that might be available. As an aside, we purchased the heater from a local pool guy, not Young's. Shout out to the crew at Young's heating and cooling for fast, efficient and friendly service. We purchased a complete HVAC system to replace our very old setup. Everyone was fantastic, from the initial call, the appointment for system assessment (thanks Grayson) and then installation, it went very smooth. I was most impressed that our new furnace and heat pump were installed in less than a day. They arrived at 8 am in the morning, as scheduled, and were done by 2:30 pm.! Thanks to Cadman Donovan, Brendan Donovan, Alex Dill and Wayne White for installation. Great Job!
