It was my first appt with Dr. Nguyen.
She listened well, was clear with her questions & explained things in a way that gave me confidence in her.
Anna (the Medical Asst) & Vivianna (RN) were wonderful too.
It couldn't have gone better.

Wait time is awful. Clinic is nasty-dirty. Flu season, woman threw up all over the bathroom and it wasn't cleaned up the hour i waited after. Doctors and staff seem kind and do try to help. Medical bureaucracy keeps them from doing much to help patients. New medical monopoly in WW has degraded care.
