First, they take every sanitary precaution you can think of and are very mindful of customer safety.Next, Scott was a great listener as to how is like my hair cut & color. In other words, he didn't just do what he wanted or what was convenient.He used high quality product on my hair and the price of the service was lower than I expected. (So, he got a great trip!)I was very happy with my hair appt and will certainly make Scott my go-to stylist whiler I'm in Walla Walla.
