Jenn is a wonderful shop owner. Not to mention an outstanding stylist. I had tried several other salons in Walla Walla after relocating to town, I finally found the perfect salon! I have been transitioning to my natural grey color for over a year. Not only does Jenn listen to what you want; she hears you. Providing expert coloring, consistent cuts and conversations are always cheerful. She is efficient at making and confirming appts, and provides outstanding customer service. Jenn is on time, which I always appreciate. The salon is always extremely clean, uses top quality products and has a nice atmosphere.
