Juan and Jesse just left, after doing a fantastic job! They inspected our chimney and Juan took a photo so we could see that it is in good shape and doesn't need attention at this point. Then, they went to work vacuuming the very large pile of ashes in the clean out. They stayed at it until everything was removed, and they even cleaned the brick. All our concerns and questions were answered in a very professional, courteous manner. We were very comfortable with Juan and Jesse, and their sense of humor. They made sure everything was clean and tidy when they finished the job. We appreciate the respect they showed for our property. Also, they inspected our dryer vent for us, to make sure it has good air flow. ELITE POWER-VAC IS AWESOME! We know who to call from now on!
