I was lucky enough to reach the owner, Vince, and he walked me through what this process was going to look like and what I needed to be aware of. I felt a sense of calmness come over me after he explained that he would take over from here and that I can go finish what I was doing, before news of this flood had hit me. I was then contacted by the Project manager, Eric, who stayed in constant contact with me through every step. I called my insurance company after that and gave them Eric's info so that they could receive all the photos they needed to process my claim. Eric made sure that I was involved in every decision when it came to my home and let me know that I was in charge, not my insurance company. My insurance company also did a great job but that's a different review. After that Amy and Jennifer worked with me and took care of all the emails to my adjuster with me cc'd in them so I could follow the process. Amy and Jennifer did an amazing job of writing out an estimate in incredible detail to make sure that I was fully compensated for all damages. This estimate must have taken them hours because it had diagrams of each room that was touched with an inventory list that was so inclusive down to the last nail that would be used. The repairs estimate was more than expected but very fair and was accepted by my insurance after some incredible negotiating by Amy. They stayed by my side until my claim was closed and made sure that I followed the correct steps to get all that was owed to me from my insurance company.
