5/5 stars. The guys at American Air are professional, knowledgeable, punctual and great to work with. Less than a week between quoting the job and final install. We just had a new ductless heat pump system installed and the experience was nothing short of easy and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
Had a great experience with American Air. They maintain good communication, provide prompt service, and quote fair prices— quoted us about 1/3 price of another company. Seth was friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and the company does what they can to try to save you $ with repairs, instead of going straight to the most expensive part and quoting outrageous prices (like others!). Probably the best experience with any HVAC service in WW thus far. I appreciate their service. Thank you!
