Alexander worked with my insurance company, giving them pictures, details, etc. to help them see all of the problem areas. He sat with us and explained our options, helped us understand what they would do, and walked us through the entire process, including checking to be sure everything was completed. They did an excellent job except for a couple of minor problems which they took care of as soon as I called them.“

The entire process was efficient and clean. All employees were respectful of our home and took utmost care of our belongings, our plants and flowers, and our patio/driveway. It is exceptional care that I don’t often see in exterior work, and I much appreciated that my flower beds were minimally ruffled. No dead plants after this job was done!

I was especially impressed with clean up efforts. Remnants were carefully removed, concrete was swept, and several passes were made to ensure no nails remained. I would not have been surprised if I’d caught them fluffing the patio furniture pillows, their care was so great.
