I did the Delight in Your Life program with Kael in 2021 and am still reaping the benefits of that I learned and how I started taking care of myself. I call her my angel because she was a much needed healing and guiding presence that allowed me to feel and take care of myself in a very trying time in my life when I was working 60-70 hours a week and suffering from adrenal fatigue. I highly recommend this program and anything Kael does! Everyone needs a Kael in their life!! ❤️

I took a class from Kael a few years ago, which was a lovely experience and I recently signed up for an Ayurvedic spring cleanse guided by Kael and in community with other participants. It was an incredible experience. Kael provided a foundation of clear recommendations, videos to support some of the recommended daily rituals and a weekly check-in process that felt doable. I appreciated the options Kael provided when something felt unattainable. My mind and body felt clean and clear at the conclusion and I look forward to participating again in the fall!

I decided to participate in Kael's Spring Cleanse because I needed a "reset" and it really did do just that! I am so surprised and happy to ease into a more healthy, balanced and self-caring way of being. And, I'm confident that the changes will continue to develop in me.
