The Dentist was very nice and they seemed to do good work, however, make sure you call your insurance to see if they are in your insurance network. Don't rely on the office here letting you know. I called and asked if they took my insurance and the lady at the front simply said yes. Taking her word my husband and I had initial consultations and cleanings. Well it turns out that they don't actually. They take my insurance but aren't in the network so we got a total of $25 paid for by our insurance and are now billed out of pocket $600 for our two visits. I'm new to the island and called to find a new dentist. My first question was if they took my insurance as that was the most important question. The woman said yes. Well, it turns out they don't. They aren't apart of my insurance network! Too bad I didn't learn this until after my husband and I went in for an initial check up and cleaning which now is going to cost us $600! The woman on the phone new that we weren't in the network so why did she not tell us when I first asked?
