Massage: 9/10. Very thorough, even hands and scalp were included in massage. Glad we were able to get a last minute couples massage here, so if you’re looking for a full body massage without caring about ambiance or noise, then this is a great deal. You may want to consider another place if loud Mandarin, lack of privacy, and constant phone ringing/talking are bothersome though.

Today 10/17/21 was my second visit. Intially I was disappointed that 'Apple' was out of town. She had given me a 5+ star deep tissue massage about six weeks ago. The best ever. ... With Apple not available I was assigned Anna. Her deep tissue was my second best ever. She had a different style, but just as good. - After two visits I can reccomend Zen massage for deep tissue. 100%

It was different than any massage I've had before. Wasn't prepared for being climbed on. They loosened up my muscles but it wasn't an ahhhhhh...sleep inducing relaxation. It was more technical and methodical...not spa like...but efficient for sure.
