I have been working with Western Exterminator for several years now and continue to be happy with the service they provide and the professional technicians that service my property. I regularly am solicited by other companies, sometimes for lower cost services, but have no need to make a change.
Kie showed up and started to work, like always. He looks after my home when I am here and when I am not. I trust his expertise in pest control. I hope his bosses know what an asset he is to the company. I have tried others and the technicians don't care about doing a great job.
Scott is amazing! I was able to call him directly, explain a new issue and problem resolved. I haven't had any issues since I started with Western.
I do wish I got a reminder to pay my bill and possibly a APP I could put on my phone instead of just the website.
