I brought two of my senior dogs to this location. We were in and out under an hour. They explained everything to me, went over all charges, and made us feel valued. I definitely like this location and the staff.
We have since had to say goodbye to two of our dogs and the staff were very caring and thoughtful throughout the process. We still have one dog we take here because we trust them and they don't try to upsell us on anything. I trust them with our dog's care.
We have used Vancouver’s Well Haven Vet clinic for 2 years for our 9 yr labradoodle who has some hip and joint issues. The clinic staff are friendly, efficient and competent. Dr Clifton Hashimoto has been very kind, helpful and clear in his exam and instructions. The vet clinic is clean and well kept. It has been easy to get appointments. Parking can be tricky in downtown Vancouver and you need to pay a meter. They treat our dog and us very well! Our dog has no anxiety going here. I will continue to use this vet clinic!
I've had a pretty lame last 24 hrs. Don't really wana go into too many details because it's still pretty fresh, but this place made themselves available when I explained my situation. They got us in within the hour of calling them even though there was a small hiccup in the initial conversation. Whoever answered the phone could've just told me no and been done with it, but instead she went and talked to the drs and whoever else and was able to get us in pretty much right away.
