The customer service is abysmal. My first visit took a long time to be seen. My second attempt at a visit using the online form resulted in no communication from their office. I then called the office and the receptionist claimed she tried calling me and left a message--nothing on the phone. I then asked for a copy of my old prescription and nothing was ever sent. Please hire someone competent.

The entire staff was great. I it was second time seeing Dr. Sammons, she's great and very precise with the prescriptions. I found this business through a Google search and would definitely recommend. Thanks to everyone there.

It's a little concerning that no one answers the phone when you call this office. It's common practice to receive a text back instead at all times of day and then a call back when they get around to it later. Is this new that we just don't answer client calls and respond back via text instead? I was told they're sometimes short staffed - but this happens every time I call. A simple 5 min phone conversation then becomes a game of phone tag. Outside of that - my doctor is great and the support staff are helpful.
