Vancouver Vision Clinic is full of employees that genuinely care about their clients. Every employee is gracious, personable and makes me feel at ease every time I go in or call. This must be a fantastic place to work because everyone is so happy! I have gotten contacts and eyeglasses here and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years.
I was on time, and they got me right in. There was no waiting 20-30 minutes past my appointment time.I can't remember when I didn't have to wait for a Dr.Thanks You.The assistant was easy to ask questions to, and she had answers.Dr. Patel was informative about the health of my eyes.And he made notes in my chart to make sure that we recheck specific areas next year.The lady at the front desk was friendly and quit smart about different insurances to help pay for vision work.I am glad that a friend referred me to Vancouver Vision.As I am sure I will be referring them to others I know.Thanks again for a great experience in your office.See you again next year.
I’ve always been treated with respect by the front desk and the technician. Dr Sammons is kind, personable and patient with me with all the question I pose her. She is always detailed and I formative with my options. I would definitely recommend Vancouver Vision Clinic to friends and family.
