Visited urgent care twice in about three days, once for me and once for my daughter. Had Kindra as my nurse both times and she did exceptionally with both of us. Very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Dr. Griffith was also wonderful and got me the care I needed.
The staff in Urgent Care were knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. The Urgent Care Dr consulted with the eye Dr to ensure I was getting the right treatment. The consult indicated I needed to see an eye specialist. The scheduling staff worked hard to find me an appointment today with an eye specialist. They were able to get me in in a timely manner and were friendly, helpful, and caring. The staff at the eye specialist including the Dr. were also friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Overall they worked as a team to ensure I received a high quality of care and my problem was addressed in a timely manner.
So seamless and quick. All the way from seeing Julia Gibbons NP, to getting x-rays, to getting the x-rays evaluated. Kindra was an amazing and personable nurse. I was anticipating a long process at urgent care, but it was quite the opposite.
